Have you ever been noodling? Noodling is the sport of catching catfish with your bare hands. I’ve never been and to be honest I’m not sure I ever want to. Below a video of girls noodling from about a year ago. But, kudos to them because…yuck! Ha ha I’m showing my girly side.

No fishing this weekend unless we go to the pier. Justin’s Tacoma is in the shop to get his leaf springs replaced and his truck lifted. I think he’s getting it lifted only three inches but those three inches combined with some nice meaty tires…it will look like the perfect beach truck.

Fishing for Steelhead in Erie, PA

Living in Pittsburgh, PA, I was about two hours from Lake Erie and its famous tributaries. It was perfect. We could drive up in the morning, fish until dark and then drive home.
